1. Can I upload my own design?

Absolutely! Head to our Upload Your Design page and follow the instructions. Make sure your file is print-ready — we print exactly what you send us.

2. What are your print-ready artwork requirements?

Files must be:

✅ 300 DPI resolution

✅ Correct size for printing

✅ Transparent background

✅ PNG, PDF, or SVG format only (❌ No JPEGs)

If your file isn’t print-ready, we offer a $100 design service to help.

3. Do you offer design assistance?

Yes! For $100, our team will clean up your file or create a brand-new design based on your needs.

4. What is a DTF gang sheet?

A gang sheet lets you print multiple designs on one sheet — saving time, money, and materials. It’s perfect for bulk jobs, small businesses, and resellers.

5. How do I order gang sheets?

Select 22" wide

Choose your desired length (minimum 60", maximum 200")

Upload your print-ready artwork

Add to cart and check out — it’s that simple!

6. Do you sell individual DTF transfers?

Yes! Each single transfer includes one adult-sized design or two youth-sized decals. Great for small orders or one-off prints.

7. What file formats do you accept?

We accept: PNG, PDF, and SVG

All files must be high-resolution (300 DPI), properly sized, and have a transparent background.

JPEGs are not accepted.

8. Is there a minimum order?

No minimums! Order one or one hundred — whatever you need.

9. Do you offer white-label services or business-to-business (B2B) printing?

Yes! We support resellers, influencers, and businesses with:

📦 SHIPPING, PICKUP & TURNAROUND

10. What’s your production time and shipping policy?

Our standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after payment and artwork approval.

📦 Tracking info is sent as soon as your shipping label is created.

11. Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all U.S. orders over $150 ship free.

12. Can I pick up my order locally? Yes! Local pickup is available by appointment at two Houston locations:

South Houston

North East Houston

We’ll email you pickup instructions when your order is ready.

13. Are your DTF and UV DTF transfers press-ready?

Yes! Every transfer we sell is ready to press — just follow the included heat press instructions for professional, long-lasting results.

14. What materials do your transfers work on?

DTF: Works great on cotton, polyester, and blends

UV DTF: Perfect for hard surfaces like tumblers, mugs, metal, and plastic

15. What sizes are available for DTF and UV DTF gang sheets?

DTF Gang Sheets: 22” wide, sold in inches (60” min, 200” max)

UV DTF Gang Sheets: 22” wide, sold in 12” increments (12”–120”)

🔁 POLICIES & LEGAL

16. Can I cancel or return my order?

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.

If a mistake is made by us, we’ll replace the item.

If you cancel after approval but before production starts, we’ll issue store credit for the print cost only.

Rush fees, setup fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.

17. What happens if my file isn’t print-ready?

We print what you send. If your file isn’t formatted properly and you didn’t purchase design help, we aren’t responsible for the outcome. When in doubt — ask us to check your file first.

18. Do you print trademarked or copyrighted designs?

No. You must own the rights or have written permission to use trademarked images, logos, or characters. By uploading your artwork, you confirm that you have full authorization.

19. Can I supply my own items for printing?

Yes — but only by prior approval.

We are not liable for customer-supplied items that are damaged during production.

All items must be new, clean, and appropriate for the requested process.

We reserve the right to refuse items that may pose a risk to our equipment or quality standards.
