Ready-to-Print Artwork Requirements

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for sharp, high-quality prints.
• File Format: PNG or PDF.
• Size: Gang sheet dimensions are 22 inches wide, with lengths starting at 12-inches.
• Arrangement: Images must be properly sized and spaced on the sheet.
• Background: Transparent background required.

• By submitting your design, you confirm it meets all specifications, including CMYK color mode, correct sizing, and the absence of stray marks or transparent pixels.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
• Shipping Options: Choose from USPS, FedEx, or UPS during checkout, or opt for local pickup.

To ensure the best results, use a professional heat press:

• Temperature: 320°F
• Duration: 20 seconds
• Pressure: Medium to High
• Peeling: Cold peel only (wait until cool to the touch). Peel parallel to the garment for a smooth release.
• Final Step: Re-press with parchment paper for 5 seconds to remove residual adhesive and set the ink.
